  • How can I acquire mfr?

    1. you can either contact our sales department directly, enter your details via our demo form and a member of staff will get back to you, or you can use our contact form.

    2. our sales team will arrange a live demo of mfr with you and show you how you can use mfr profitably in your company based on your individual requirements and wishes.

    3. if we are a good fit, you can get started - without time-consuming installation and long training periods.

    4. after signing the contract, our success managers will support you in setting up the account. They will also plan the specific implementation and adaptation to your processes.

    5 As soon as your account is set up, you can get started. Our support team is available to answer any questions you may have.

  • Why are there always 5 users?

    Our basic packages contain 5 users, because companies with mfr focus on efficiency and growth. In mfr Project there are 10 users. Additional users can be added on top of this, with the exception of mfr Field Service Basic. mfr Field Service Basic is a package with which we also want to give smaller companies an affordable start to full digitalization.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We currently accept SEPA direct debit and annual payment by bank transfer (3% discount).

  • How long is the contract period?

    The contract period is 1 year and is automatically extended.

  • What are the termination conditions?

    The current contract can be terminated up to 3 months before the end of the contract term.

  • Can I host the software on my servers (on-premise)?

    No. mfr is exclusively a cloud software.

  • Does mfr have an interface to my CRM/ERP?

    Please ask us about interfaces.

  • Can the portal be displayed in the color of my company?

    You can adapt the color of the portal to your company colors.
