Create work orders, holidays, illness or other appointments directly from the calendar or simply move them by drag & drop. Work order information is also immediately visible.
The processing status of a work order is displayed to you in real time. This allows you to react quickly if a work order has not been viewed by the technician or delays occur.

Orders get a higher priority the closer they get to their due date.
In the order stack, you can easily sort the orders by this priority.
Track in real time where your vehicles are located on the map using our GPS tracking. This enables you to react quickly and you can estimate when a technician will arrive at a customer's premises.
Via the integrated digital logbook you automatically have all driven routes and driving times in mfr. You can also call up the route driven per day including parking positions and generate an annual report as PDF
